Ever since Jason was a child, from the first time he could remember walking into his family's restaurant, he knew the restaurant business was the path he wanted to follow.

Jason GaNung grew up learning all aspects of his family's New York City restaurant business, which has a portfolio of some of the New York Times most award winning and iconic restaurants in New York City in the last 40 years.Jason learned all about the restaurant business working with his family and moved on to run some of the most successful NYC restaurants and lounges.

As an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry, Jason is proficient in all front and back of house operations, as well as entertainment operations. Patrons are guaranteed to have a great time at Panama Pizzeria, their food and dining experience will be sure to far exceed their expectations.
